Refund policy

For Yogurt Makers, Yogurt Maker Jars, and Yogurt Maker Containers, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can log in to your Ultimate account and initiate a return. You can also get help from our customer service; please contact us at support@ultimate.club or 1-800-336-7848.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon arrival, please make sure to take photos and videos to make sure the package is safe and free from defects. If in any case, the product is damaged or has any issues, please contact us immediately so we can help you achieve the best possible solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Supplements such as Essential Amino Acids, Amino Acid Complex, Beef Organs, Male Optimization, Berberine, etc. cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about any of our products, and our team will gladly help you with them.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
