
Store-Bought Yogurt Is A Scam
Yogurt is marketed as a health food, but most store-bought brands are loaded with sugar, artificial ingredients, and unhealthy additives.
I am going to highlight one common brand, but don't think the other options are better for you:
Yoplait Original Vanilla Yogurt
Total Sugars: 21g
Added Sugars: 16g (That’s more sugar than a Krispy Kreme donut❗)

What Does This Do To You?
🚨 Sugar Overload – Excess sugar spikes your blood sugar, leads to weight gain, and feeds bad gut bacteria, which can contribute to bloating, cravings, and poor digestion.

🚨 "Natural Flavors" – Sounds harmless, right? Unfortunately, not.
“Natural flavors” is an umbrella term for lab-made chemical compounds that enhance taste but offer zero health benefits. There's nothing "natural" about them.
These flavors can contain dozens of undisclosed additives, and companies don’t have to tell you what’s really in them.
