The Ultimate Grip Trainer

The Ultimate Grip Trainer is a tool used to train the muscles that extend the fingers and open the hand (finger extensors). Training the finger extensors has multiple benefits including increasing grip strength, promoting blood flow to the hand and fingers, and relieving tension and soreness in the hand and fingers.

How to use The Ultimate Grip Trainer

  1. Put your thumb in the big hole, then place each of your fingers in the other smaller holes

  2. Push your fingers outwards and open your hand as if you were about to give someone a high-five.

Try doing 2 sets of 10 repetitions on both hands.

Adjusting difficulty

You can adjust the difficulty/resistance of the hand exerciser by moving the exerciser up and down your fingers. The closer the exerciser is to the base of your fingers, the easier it will be. The closer the exerciser is to the tips of your fingers, the harder it will be.You can also slow down your repetition for added difficulty.
